Founded in 2015 by Terry Snowdon and later joined by Director Sam Allchin, Leagate Project Services has quickly established a professional reputation for delivering high standard, cost-effective quantity surveying and project co-ordination services to clients within the leisure, commercial and retail sectors across the UK from Industry leaders to new start-ups.
We love what we do, and with a team boasting decades of experience, both in consultancies and client-side we are able to navigate the most complex and challenging of projects with skill, expertise and efficiency.

QUANTITY SURVEYING
We provide a full Quantity Surveying service from pre-contract feasibility studies and cost plans
through to full commercial cost co-ordination, monitoring, project completion and conclusion of
final accounts. Our meticulous approach means we are best placed to offer the highest level of
advice, forecast and management throughout each stage of any project.
PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
We pride ourselves on attention to detail and communication when managing client’s projects and are passionate about delivering the best possible outcome to every brief.
Our extensive experience within the leisure, commercial and retail sectors ensures we are in the best position to understand the ever-changing and complex needs of each individual project.
We oversee and monitor every aspect of the job from concept/ feasibility studies, through to construction completion. Forever on-the-ball, we work closely with the entire team, developing lasting relationships not only with the client but also with design and construction teams.

Project: Windmill, Clapham – major refurbishment
Services: Quantity Surveying and Project co-ordination
This project was completed in 2021. Sitting proudly on Clapham Common, The Windmill underwent extensive refurbishment to both the pub and garden, creating elegant, light filled spaces and grand décor throughout.

Project: Enderby House, Greenwich – Acquisition / refurbishment of listed building and shell fit-out
Services: Quantity Surveying and Project co-ordination
This acquisition project was completed in 2021. 3 years in the making, the major works included a full fit-out of the stunning historic listed building ‘Enderby House’ to create three exquisitely designed floors including a roof terrace, pub and private hire spaces and rooms. A stone’s throw from the O2 and infamous Cutty Sark, it’s the perfect venue for special occasions or a drink overlooking the river.

Project: Alban’s Well, St.Albans - Acquisition / Shell fit out
Services: Quantity Surveying and Project co-ordination
The Alban’s Well, situated in the heart of St.Albans underwent an extensive fit-out from acquisition shell to completing in 2021. The pub boasts a range of interesting features including ‘The Wine Wall’ in the Hawkins bar area and open kitchen and surrounding island. Liasing with the developers' team was key in delivering the project to programme.

Project: Harbour Light, Paignton - Acquisition / Conversion of existing restaurant and fishing stores
Services: Quantity Surveying
This 2019 project was a large-scale conversion of an existing restaurant and fishing stores . Situated on Paignton Harbour in the heart of the Devon coastline, the end result of this job is fantastic. Retaining many original features, this pub is full of character with beautiful modern additions such as the roof top terrace, adjoined to the 1st floor by bi-fold doors overlooking the stunning harbour.
St Austell Brewery
Project: Hope & Anchor, Hope Cove – Reinstatement following flood damage and refurbishment of existing public house and letting rooms
Services: Quantity Surveying
This major 2021 refurbishment took place following flood damage to the pub and hotel rooms. Set in picturesque Hope Cove, a seaside village on the Devon Coastline, the Hope & Anchor is now a key feature of the area boasting twelve individually designed boutique hotel rooms and a welcoming pub with generous space for both indoor and alfresco dining.
